Eligibility
Our agents will always do their best to provide you with an accurate assessment of your eligibility based on the information you provide. However, this does not guarantee ongoing assistance or that your application will be successful.
Providing Personal Information
It is vital that you provide the requested information prior to your consultation. Once you have booked a consultation you will be emailed the link to a Customer Record Form. This must be filled out at least before your consultation.
Payment
Payment for consultations must be made online once you have booked a consultation through our online form. All online payment is handled securely through Stripe. You can find more information on the Stripe Privacy Policy here: (https://stripe.com/au/privacy).
Promotional Discount Codes
If you have been referred to I-Migration and given a promotional discount code, this can be entered into the ‘Redeem Coupon’ section during the booking process to receive your discounted consultation fee.
Promotional codes are only valid for your first booking, they must be inputted at time of booking, and discount codes cannot be applied after a consultation has been booked.
Discounts cannot be applied to consultations relating to Visa Refusals or Cancellations. For these consultations the full price of $195.00 AUD applies.
Skype Consultations
Skype Consultations require payment at the time of booking. Payment can be made online through Stripe (see above). Alternatively, to make a payment via direct debit please contact info@i-migration.com.au. There is a $15.00 AUD surcharge for international bank transfers. If payment is not completed at the time of booking, your consultation may be cancelled.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment you can do this through the online booking system link in the email confirmation you receive at the time of booking. You will be charged if you reschedule your booking less than 2 business days prior to your appointment.
Cancellations
Refunds are offered for appointments if they are canceled at least 2 business days prior to the appointment. Otherwise, we can offer full or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for unforeseen circumstances. If you chose the ‘pay later’ option, we will send an invoice to retrieve payment from you in the case of a cancellation less than 2 business days prior to your appointment.
Lateness and No Shows
If you are 15 minutes or later to your appointment, or if you miss your appointment altogether (without contacting I-Migration prior) you will not be issued a refund.
